Man who housed pro-Khalistan terrorists gets Canada asylum

An immigration tribunal in Canada has ruled that a Sikh man who provided shelter and food to Khalistani militants in India should be allowed into the country. The tribunal stated that the man did so out of necessity and fear of retribution. The Canada Border Services Agency argued that he should be ineligible due to his involvement in subversion by force.
