'SC has strengthened spirit of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’

The Supreme Court delivered a historic judgment on the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35(A), upholding the sovereignty and integrity of India. The court recognized that Article 370 was not permanent and that the decision taken on August 5, 2019 was aimed at enhancing constitutional integration. Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh have witnessed violence and instability for decades, but the people of the region deserve better. The author, as a Karyakarta connected with the Jammu & Kashmir Andolan, wanted to remove the injustice done to the people and work towards their development.
