Stalker stabs woman 13 times in cab in Delhi

A 23-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed 13 times by her stalker inside a cab in Delhi. The suspect, Gaurav Pal, was caught by the cab driver and locals and handed over to the police. The victim, Prachi Malik, is in critical condition. Pal claimed they were friends but she had started ignoring him.
