Prep for breach: Attacker recced Budget session; were part of 'Bhagat Singh fan club'

The four attackers — Sagar Sharma, Neelam Kaur, Amol Shinde & Manoranjan D — all part of ‘Bhagat Singh Fan Club’ on Facebook, were in touch with each other for a year and had met in Mysuru a few months ago, their call details and intitial interrogation suggested. At least one of them, sources said, had recceed Parliament during Budget session, and figured out that visitors’ shoes were not checked.
