Nasa's Lucy Spacecraft successfully flies past asteroid 'Dinky'

NASA's Lucy spacecraft successfully completed its first flyby of an asteroid named Dinkinesh, the first of 10 asteroids it will visit over the next 12 years. This milestone is part of NASA's larger mission to uncover the secrets of our solar system's history. Lucy's primary goal is to study distant Trojan asteroids near Jupiter, which are believed to be ancient remnants of the solar system. The spacecraft's instruments were tested during the flyby, and data collected will be sent back to Earth for analysis.
